Personal information collected
This shall be effective as of May 1, 2023.

Purpose of collection and use of personal information
Company shall use the collected personal information for the following purposes.

Possession and usage period of personal information
Personal information of users shall, by principle, be destroyed immediately once the purpose of collection and use of personal information is achieved. However, the following information shall be preserved for the period indicated below.

- Retaining information according to applicable laws
In the event that information must be retained according to relevant laws such as the Commercial Act or the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., Company shall retain member information for the period prescribed by the applicable law.

Personal information destruction procedure and method
By principle, Company shall destroy personal information immediately upon request by the applicable individual. The information destruction procedure and method are as follows.
- Destruction procedure
Once the purpose of information entered for by a member for subscription etc. is achieved, it shall be transferred to a separate database (cabinet in case of paper) and shall be stored for a prescribed period of time before destruction pursuant to the cause of information protection (see retention and usage period) according to internal policies and other relevant laws.
Personal information transferred to a separate database shall not be used for any purpose other than retention unless otherwise required by law.
- Destruction method
Personal information saved in electronic file format shall be deleted using technical methods that does not allow regeneration of records - Personal information printed on paper shall be destroyed using a shredder or incinerator.
Provision of personal information
By principle, Company shall not provide personal information of users externally. However, exceptions shall be made in the following cases.
- When users give prior approval
- When required by law or when requested by an investigative authority according to the procedures and methods set forth by law for the purpose of investigation
Consignment of collected personal information
Company shall not consign customer information to an outside company without the consent of customers. If such need arises in the future, the consignee and consigned work shall be notified to customers, and if necessary, consent shall be received.
Matters on the installation, operation of denial of automatic personal information collection devices
We do not operate devices that collect personal information automatically generated when using internet services such as cookies.
