Service Usage Agreement
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of this agreement is to prescribe the rights, responsibilities, and liabilities of users when using internet-related services (hereinafter called Services) provided by the internet homepage (hereinafter called Website) operated by Nim Dance Heritage Foundation (hereinafter called Company).
Article 2 (Expression, Explanation and Revision of Terms and Conditions)
Company collects the following personal information for the purpose of joining membership, consulting, service application, etc.
- Website shall post the contents of this agreement, name of company and its representative, business address (including address for handling consumer complaints), phone number, e-mail address, business registration number, personal information management supervisor, etc. on the initial service screen of the Website for easy access by the user. However, the contents of the agreement shall be made available to the user accessing the connection screen.
- The Website can revise this agreement within a range that does not violate relevant laws such as the ‘Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions’, ‘Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection’, etc.
- In the event that the terms and conditions are revised, the date of application and the reason for revision shall be posted at least seven days prior to the day of application on the initial screen of the Website together with the current terms and conditions. However, when changing the terms of the agreement that can be disadvantageous for the user, it shall be notified for a minimum of 30 days prior to its application. In this case, Website shall clearly compare the contents before and after revision for easy recognition by the user.
Article 3 (Subscription)
Company shall use the collected personal information for the following purposes.
- User shall apply for membership by accurately filling out member information in the sign-up form provided by Website and expressing that he or she agrees to the terms and conditions.
- Users who subscribe to membership pursuant to Clause 1 shall be registered as a member unless corresponding to any of the following by the Website.
1. In the event that a subscription applicant forfeits eligibility according to Article 4 Clause 2 of this agreement. However, for those who forfeited membership eligibility pursuant to Article 4 Clause 2 and three years have passed, and received authorization to rejoin membership of Website, exceptions shall be provided.
2. When there are falsifications, omissions, or mistakes during registration
3. Other cases in which it is judged that registering as member can cause significant technical interruptions of Website
- In the event that there are changes in registered information provided when signing up, members must notify Website of such changes by editing member information, etc. within a reasonable amount of time.
Article 4 (Withdrawal of Membership, Forfeit of Eligibility, Etc.)
- Members may withdraw membership at any time via the Website, and Website shall immediately cancel the membership.
- When any of the below reasons apply to the member, Website may restrict, suspend or revoke membership eligibility.
1. When registering false contents during application
2. When interrupting the use of Website by others or stealing information, thus threatening electronic transaction order
3. When using the Website to engage in actions prohibited by law or this agreement, or that is in objection to public order and good morals
- In the event that the Website revokes member eligibility, member registration shall be deleted, and resubscription may be disallowed.
Article 5 (Notifications to Members)
- In the event that Website notifies member, such notification can be sent to the e-mail addressed designated in advance by member to Website.
- Website may give notifications to members without specification. However, for important matters pertaining to individual members, they shall be notified individually.
Article 6 (Consent to Provision of Personal Information, Etc.)
- Website users can apply for membership with the following or similar methods on the Website, and Website must provide the following contents in an easy-to-understand manner to facilitate subscription of users.
1. Entry of the recipient's name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and mobile phone number, etc.
2. Agreeing to this agreement and indicating verification or refusal of the above 1. (i.e., click on mouse)
- When Website must provide personal information of a buyer to a third party, it must notify the buyer of 1) person receiving the personal information, 2) purpose of using personal information of person receiving the personal information, 3) personal information provided, 4) personal information retention and usage period of the person receiving the personal information, and receive consent. (This shall also apply when approved matters are changed.)
- In the event that Website delegates operations to allow a third party to handle personal information of a buyer, the buyer must be notified of the 1) person consigned for handling personal information, and 2) contents of work consigned for handling personal information, and receive consent. (This shall also apply when approved matters are changed.) However, when necessary for executing contracts related to the provision of services and when related to improved convenience of buyers, the notification procedures and consent procedures may be skipped by announcing the personal information handling policies using methods prescribed in the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
Article 7 (Personal Information Protection)
- When collecting personal information of users, Website can collect personal information within the necessary scope for providing services.
- Website shall receive consent of applicable users when collecting and using personal information of users.
- Website may not use collected personal information for purposes other than initially designated, and should a new purpose arise, that purpose shall be notified to the applicable user and receive consent during the stage of use or provision. However, this shall not apply if designated otherwise by relevant laws.
- Users can request to view or correct errors of his or her personal information retained by Website at any time, and Website is liable to take necessary actions immediately. Should the user request correction of errors, Website shall not use the said personal information until the error is corrected.
- Website shall limit persons handling personal information of users to minimum personnel in order to protect personal information.
- In the event that Website or a third party that received personal information from Website shall destroy the personal information immediately upon achieving the purpose of collecting or providing personal information.
- Website does not preset the consent on the collection, use and provision of personal information as being selected.
Article 8 (Responsibilities of Website)
- Website shall not engage in activities prohibited by law or these terms and conditions or that are in contrast to good customs, and shall do its utmost to provide services continuously and stable according to that prescribed by these terms and conditions.
Article 9 (Responsibilities Related to Member ID and Password)
- Members may not allow a third person to use his or her ID and password.
- In the event that a member becomes aware that his or her ID and password was stolen or that a third person is using it, that member must notify Website immediately and follow the instructions of Website.
Article 10 (Responsibilities of Users) A user must not engage in the following behavior.
- Registering false information during application or changes
- Stealing information of others
- Changing information posted on Website
- Transmission or posting of information other than that designated by Website (computer programs, etc.)
- Violation of intellectual properties such as copyrights of Website or other third persons
- Act of damaging the reputation or interfering with the operations Website or other third persons
- Disclosing or posting pornographic or violent messages, images, audios, or other information that go against public order and good morals on the Website
Article 11 (Relationship of Connecting Website and Connected Website)
- In the event that an upper Website is connected to a lower Website via hyperlink (ex.: texts, pictures, videos, etc. are included in the target of hyperlinks), the former shall be called connecting Website and the latter connected Website.
- Connecting Website shall not be liable for transactions with users through information, etc. provided proprietarily by the connected Website.
Article 12 (Reversion of Copyrights and Restriction of Use)
- Copyrights and other intellectual property rights on works drafted by Website shall be reverted to Website.
- Users may not use information with intellectual property rights reserved by Website among the information acquired by using Website for profit-seeking purposes by reproducing, transmitting, publishing, distributing, broadcasting, or other methods without the prior consent of Website, or use it for non-profit objectives without disclosing the source, nor may provide it to a third person.
